Intravenous Therapy
Why not ensure 100% absorption of your vitamins and minerals?
Vitamin and Mineral Infusions
Conditions: acute colds and flus, asthma, malabsorption, acute migraine attacks, fatigue, fibromyalgia, acute muscle spasm, upper respiratory tract infections, chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, hepatitis, and cance.
Why not ensure 100% absorption of your vitamins and minerals? Intravenous (IV) infusions of vitamins and minerals directly into the blood stream are the safest, most effective method to correct intracellular nutrient deficiencies associated with chronic disease. Oral intake of such high doses is simply not possible due to absorption limitations from the digestive process.
A good example of this is the use of Vitamin C when trying to overcome a cold due to some sort of virus. The antiviral effects of Vitamin C are seen when blood levels are around 10-15 mg/dL. This level is achievable with IV therapy but not orally. Oral dosage typically peaks with blood levels around 1.2-4.0 mg/dL vs. IV therapy of 50-80 mg/dL.
Depending on the severity of the condition a series of IV’s are prescribed using a custom mixture of vitamin C, B-vitamins, calcium, magnesium, glutathione, selenium, chromium, trace minerals, and amino acids. Patients become healthier with each treatment and eventually the infusions can be done on a maintenance basis. Patients can also have the infusions anytime for extra energy or during times of increased stress.
